Shipping Policy
At this time, DreamyNiteLinens ships merchandise to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy
Dreamynitelinens appreciates the opportunity to make things right for our customers. We stand behind our product and with proof of purchase have a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects in the fabric, finish, and workmanship (this does not include stains from regular use or care and/or cigarette burns).
We will gladly exchange and ship out a replacement piece at our cost both ways in the event of a confirmed defect. Please send a photo of the affected area and description to dnlinens1(at)gmail.com. In some instances, we may require that the piece (s) in question be mailed back to us at our cost, in order to further determine what has occured prior to issuing a replacement.

Only the defective part(s) will be replaced,not the entire set. Please note to always follow the care instructions and wash and dry your sheets separately...and especially never with jeans, towels, blankets, etc. as they will break down the anti-pill finish.
